About the job
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end HR processes in our client’s
global Shared Service Center from the healthcare sector. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of
exceptional HR services, which include the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, payroll & benefits,
employee data management, HR support, learning & development, offboarding).
As a Head of HR Operations, you will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the
Managing Director and playing a critical role in shaping the future of the service delivery model.


What you will do:

  • Lead and manage the HR Operations department, ensuring all services are performed according to
  • global standards and in compliance with all relevant legal, accounting, and tax regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your leadership team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive work
  • environment that aligns with company values and strategy
  • Drive the strategic expansion of services by managing transitions and integrating new functions into
  • the shared services center
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, contributing to the development of global concepts
  • and procedures
  • Drive innovation and continuously improve processes and service delivery to enhance efficiency,
  • quality, and user experience


What we would like you to have:

  • Extensive professional experience in HR service delivery, preferably within a large, international
  • organization, with a proven track record of leadership responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills and a successful background in managing teams and leading leaders within an
  • international and cross-functional environment
  • Proven expertise in project leadership, with experience managing complex projects with diverse
  • stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop people and lead teams through periods of transformation and change
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders and
  • interfaces
  • Masters degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related areas
  • Excellent command of the English language.
